Benefit Eligibility
You and your dependents are eligible for medical benefits if you work at least 24 contracted hours per week.
To qualify as your dependent, the person must be a:
- Legally married spouse or civil union
- Dependent child up to the age of 26, regardless of student or marital status
- Disabled dependent child
