Educational Support
Middlesex Health takes education seriously. We encourage and support our employees' striving to better themselves through academic pursuits, and that's why we offer several ways to make education more affordable and achievable.
Tuition Assistance
We are committed to supporting your personal growth and educational pursuits while you work at Middlesex Health. Our program offers reimbursement for eligible employees taking approved courses at accredited institutions.
You can receive tuition reimbursement for earning an Associate, Bachelor, or Master’s degree, as well as for accredited programs at vocational-technical schools.
Full-time and part-time benefited employees become eligible for this program after twelve consecutive months of employment.

- Submit the form for your department manager and Human Resources (benefits@midhosp.org) to approve. Hospital-based employees must have the form approved before Enrollment in the educational program for which tuition reimbursement is requested.

Tackling Student Debt
For many Middlesex employees, student loans can feel overwhelming, making it hard to see a way out. We want you to know you’re not alone. Through our Student Loan Relief program, we are dedicated to helping employees manage their student loans.
The voluntary loan relief benefit from Fiducius offers expert assistance to help you better manage your student loans. Fiducius experts follow a three-step process:
- Assess – Understand your personal financial situation and goals.
- Advise – Identify the best option to address your student loan issues.
- Relieve – Provide a customized Student Loan Financial Wellness Plan.
Fiducius will then implement the plan for free.
