What is the Circle of Security parenting program?

A free, eight-week program (online during the COVID-19 emergency) that will help you:

  • learn how to recognize your infant's needs and better understand their behavior
  • be supported as a parent and gain ideas on how to make parenting easier
  • begin to understand your own reactions to your infant's behavior

Who is this program for?

Circle of Security is open to:

  • first-time parents
  • pregnant moms
  • parents with children under six months old

How do I sign up?

To sign up, please call Brittney West at 860-358-4825. This online session of Circle of Security will begin mid-April. Sessions will be weekly for about 40-60 minutes. Additional details will be provided when you register.

How do I participate online?

To help keep you safe during the COVID-19 emergency, Circle of Security will take place online using Zoom, a free online video conference program. Click here for step-by-step instructions to download and set up Zoom.
