Cancer Center to Host Talk on Clinical Trials

Have you or a family member ever considered participating in a clinical research trial? 

The Middlesex Hospital Cancer Center is hosting an information session about clinical trials on Wednesday, November 11, at 11:00 a.m. in the A/B Conference Room (second floor) of the Cancer Center at 536 Saybrook Road in Middletown.

Learn to sort out myth from fact about clinical trials; steps to take and questions to ask; locating clinical trials that may be right for you; and more. Middlesex Hospital Medical Oncologist, Robert Levy, M.D., of Connecticut Oncology Group, will address how to make an informed choice about standard care and clinical trials.
