"Celebrating the Journey" to Address End-Of-Life Issues
Middlesex Hospital Hospice and Palliative Care is hosting a community conversation about the importance of end-of-life planning, entitled: “Celebrating the Journey.” The presentation will feature Dr. Monica Williams-Murphy, successful author, speaker and board-certified emergency physician. Dr. Williams-Murphy will share her engaging and inspiring message about the importance of talking honestly and openly about the end of life.
There will be two presentations on different days and at different locations:
Wednesday, November 18, 2015 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the Estuary Council of Seniors, 220 Main Street, Old Saybrook.
Thursday, November 19, 2015 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at Covenant Village Event Center, 52 Missionary Road, Cromwell.
Light reshments will be provided. Guests can visit informational tables from 6 to 6:30 p.m.
