Middlesex Hospice and Palliative Care Program to Hold Annual Service of Remembrance

Middlesex Hospital Hospice & Palliative Care will conduct its annual Service of Remembrance on Sunday, November 15, at 2:00 p.m. at Mercy High School Auditorium in Middletown.  This service honors the memory of the patients who died in the program from October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015. 

The non-denominational service of remembrance will include a candle lighting by those who have come to remember someone they lost.  The Middlesex Hospital Vocal Chords will provide inspirational music.  All families, friends and other interested persons are invited to attend. 

Following the service, refreshments will be served in the school cafeteria.  Mercy High School is located at 1740 Randolph Road in Middletown.  For further information, please call 860-358-8852.
