Summer Well Being
The Middlesex Hospital Center for Chronic Care Management will offer an upcoming special “Summer Well Being” series of talks. All three talks will be held on Wednesdays, from 6 to 7 p.m., in the conference room of the offices of Middlesex Hospital Homecare, 770 Saybrook Road, Building A, Upper Level.
On June 29, Registered Dietitian, Maraiah Popeleski will create farm-to-table recipes that will help participants “reboot” a healthy eating routine.
On July 27, join holistic nurse, Susan Cawley, BSN, RN, CDE, HCN, for an exercise workout for all ages and abilities.
On August 24, de-stress with Lisa Picascia, M.D., who will provide stress management tips.
