Middlesex Health Mental Health Services - Adult Outpatient Care

The Adult Outpatient Services program specializes in psychiatric evaluation, medication management, psychological testing, short-term individual therapy, and group therapy. These treatments promote engagement while developing the skills needed to help with coping with difficult issues. 

We can treat many conditions, including anxiety,  depression, substance abuse, mood disorders,  PTSD, and grief. Our team of psychiatrists, APRNs, and therapists work together to stabilize your symptoms and establish a foundation of skills essential to your long-term success.
