A Message from Diane Aldi De Paola on Behalf of the Members of Brushstrokes
"Thank you for offering us this opportunity to have our show, "Emerging," at the Zahn Community Gallery. What a wonderful opportunity for local artists to display their work!
Brushstrokes is a local group of artists who frequently paint together both “en plein air” and in the studio. The members have exhibited extensively at different venues throughout the Connecticut shoreline area, both as a group and solo, and each artist brings their own unique style and techniques to life in their paintings. “Emerging” features local scenes of the Connecticut shoreline and greater New England, as well as still-life, and scenes from the artists' travels. You will recognize many local scenes, as we live in an area with spectacular light and natural beauty."
