About This Event

Join Middlesex Health for our spring Pregnancy Fair and learn why the Pregnancy + Birth Center at Middlesex Hospital is a wonderful place for your baby to enter the world!

Who can attend?

This event is open to the entire community, whether you are:

  • planning on becoming pregnant
  • expecting a baby
  • a new parent
What will I learn about?

At this event, you will learn about the services offered at the Middlesex Health Pregnancy + Birth Center, such as:

  • our team of expert doctors and nurses
  • our lactation consultant and support groups
  • perinatal classes, from newborn care to mommy and baby yoga

You can also visit our car seat safety station, receive a free Tdap vaccine (prevents whooping cough), and get great books for babies. This event also allows you to meet community caregivers and connect with local resources, including doulas, massage therapists, photographers, and more. 

What is the cost to attend?

At Middlesex Health, we provide a hands-on pregnancy and delivery experience, uniquely tailored to meet the needs - and wishes - of mom, baby, and family. Each year, we welcome more than 1,100 babies, and for every birth, we pride ourselves on being both "high-tech" and "high-touch."

We are proud to be designated as a Baby-Friendly® birthing center, as well as a Magnet organization.

Directions, Parking & Maps

Middlesex Health David A. Baggish, MD Conference Center is located at: 28 Crescent Street, Middletown, CT, 06457 Copy address to paste into Text, Email, App of choice.

Directions

The Dr. David A. Baggish Conference Center is located on the first floor of the the Bengtson-Wood Building, which is the brick building across from the main lobby entrance to Middlesex Hospital. Following signs for the Bengtson-Wood Building, use the brick steps to enter the building, then turn left to access the conference room.

Parking

Middlesex Hospital offers a large, free parking lot that is accessible from Crescent St. or from South Main St.

*Please note that Crescent St. is one-way. You MUST enter Crescent St. from South Main St. You CANNOT turn onto Crescent St. from Main St. Extension, which runs between One MacDonough Place and the Emergency Department.
