About This Event
Zumba® Fitness Classes – No experience necessary; have fun at your own pace! The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The goal is simple: to get you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked.
Zumba® fanatics achieve long-term benefits while having fun in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, bodyenergizing, awe-inspiring movements! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class!
Cost: $7 for walk-ins. A ten-class package is $50. All are welcome!

Directions
The Wellness Room at the Middlesex Health Outpatient Center (Saybrook Road) is located on the lower floor. When you enter the Outpatient Center/Cancer Center Atrium:
- walk straight back past the reception desk to the glass wall
- turn right at the glass wall, then turn right again to face the elevators
- take the elevator down to the basement level
- turn left out of the elevator and proceed through two sets of doors
- turn left around the corner and follow the hallway (bends left) - the Wellness Room door will be on the left
Parking
The Middlesex Health Outpatient Center Saybrook Road Campus offers a large, surface-level parking lot behind the building. As you pull in, follow signs for patient parking for 536 Saybrook Road. Once you have parked, please enter the building through the Atrium entrance under the drop-off pavilion.
