Learn About the Aging Brain From Dr. Hyacinth
Join the Middlesex Health Women’s Wellness Fund on March 27 for “The Aging Brain: Caring For Your Loved One and Yourself,” a discussion with Dr. Marilise Hyacinth. The event will begin at 6 p.m. at Chapman Hall at Middlesex Community College, 100 Training Hill Road in Middletown.
Dr. Hyacinth is a Middlesex Health psychiatrist who specializes in Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. This event will help women learn to better cope with the challenges that come with caring for a loved one who is experiencing memory loss. It will also help them deal with their own memory loss.
This event is free, includes a buffet dinner and is open to all women in the community. An RSVP is required. To RSVP, email womenswellnessfund@gmail.com or call 860-358-8856.
The Women’s Wellness Fund advocates for, educates about and funds priority health projects in the community. For more information, visit middlesexhealth.org/womenswellnessfund.
