What is the Circle of Security parenting program?
A free, eight-week program that will help you:
- learn how to recognize your infant's needs and better understand their behavior
- be supported as a parent and gain ideas on how to make parenting easier
- begin to understand your own reactions to your infant's behavior
Who is this program for?
Circle of Security is open to:
- first-time parents
- pregnant moms
- parents with children under six months old

This program is offered through the Middlesex Health Family Advocacy Program and takes place at the Pregnancy & Birth Center at Middlesex Hospital in Middletown. If you have questions or concerns, please contact Brittney West at 860-358-4825.

Directions, Parking & Maps
When you enter the hospital, walk towards the back, right side of the lobby, following signs for the South Elevators and the Pregnancy & Birth Center. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor and turn right to enter the Pregnancy & Birth Center waiting area. The classroom door will be located on your left before the reception window.
Middlesex Hospital offers a large, free parking lot that is accessible from Crescent St. or from South Main St.
