Together We Heal is a support group for those who have lost a loved one to suicide or substance overdose. The group provides a safe, compassionate space to support you as you cope with the shock, grief, and complex emotions that accompany such traumatic loss. Together, we facilitate the healing process.

Together We Heal is a monthly support group for those who have lost a loved one to suicide or substance overdose. The group provides a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental environment, so that you have support while coping with the shock, grief, and complex emotions that accompany such traumatic loss. Together, we facilitate the healing process.
How could attending a support group help me?
Attending a support group like Together We Heal can:
- help you feel connected to others who have experienced traumatic loss
- provide a safe space for you to talk openly about your loss and your emotions
- help you develop a supportive social network in this time of need
- help you learn strategies for coping with and managing grief as you work to heal
