Daniel Cervonka PA-C, MS, is a physician associate with Middlesex Health Urgent Care. Daniel is a graduate of the Physician Associate department at Yale School of Medicine. He received a Masters with a specialization in Emergency Medicine from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and a Doctor of Health Science from Nova Southeastern University in Florida with a specialization in Global Health and Evidence Based Medicine. In addition to Emergency Medicine, he has a special interest in Addiction Medicine and is a Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS).
