Bio

Doreen Gagnon, LCSW, OSW-C is an Oncology Social Worker and chair of the Distress Management Program at the Middlesex Health Cancer Center. She earned her Master of Social Work at the University of Connecticut and joined the Middlesex Health team in 2010.

Motivated by a desire to help patients and families cope with the diagnosis and treatment of serious chronic illness, Doreen has dedicated her entire social work career to the health care industry. She also has a passion for palliative and hospice care.
