Bio

Jeffrey P. Cranford, MD is a fellowship-trained otolaryngologist and head & neck surgeon at Southern New England Ear, Nose, Throat & Facial Plastic Surgery Group and Middlesex Health.

Dr. Cranford is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology in head and neck surgery. He completed a prestigious fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the Rousso Facial Plastic Surgery Clinic, after performing his residency at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Cranford earned his medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He earned multiple awards for academic and clinical excellence and was nominated to the Gold Humanism Honor Society.

Dr. Cranford has expertise in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the nose, eyes, face, and scalp, including hair transplantation. He is passionate about his profession and highly committed to ensuring that each and every patient feels comfortable and confident through the entire surgical process. Dr. Cranford is dedicated to giving back and has participated in numerous overseas surgical mission trips.
