Perry K. Pratt, Jr., MD, is a fellowship-trained Gastroenterologist at Middlesex Gastroenterology Associates and Middlesex Health.

Dr. Pratt is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He earned his medical degree from UConn Health and completed his residency at the Boston University Medical Center before returning to Uconn Health for a fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology.
