Bio

Dr. Raji Mulukutla is an ophthalmologist at Middlesex Eye Physicians in Middletown and Westbrook, CT.

Dr. Mulukutla is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. She completed her residency at Temple University Hospital, where she served as Chief Resident in her final year of training. Dr. Mulukutla earned her medical degree from the Ohio State University College of Medicine, after graduating from Johns Hopkins University with both her MPH and BA degrees.

Dr. Mulukutla is a comprehensive ophthalmologist. Her services include complete eye exams and laser assisted cataract surgery, as well as evaluation and treatment of glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration. She also provides cosmetic services, including Botox and Juvederm. Dr. Mulukutla has a special interest in cataract surgery, performing more than 600 state-of-the-art procedures a year.

Dr. Mulukutla is a Senior Attending Surgeon at Middlesex Health's Middlesex Hospital and is on the staff at Hartford Hospital Eye Surgery Center. She is a member of multiple professional societies.

She was a recipient of the CT Top Doc award in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017.
