Crescent Street OB/GYN Joins Middlesex Health

MIDDLETOWN — Today, Crescent Street OB/GYN joins Middlesex Health. The practice has worked collaboratively with the health system for many years, and its capable medical providers continue to provide high quality care to their patients.
As a result of this business transaction, Crescent Street OB/GYN now has a new name — Middlesex Health Crescent Street Obstetrics and Gynecology. The practice will continue to operate offices at 49 Crescent Street in Middletown and 3 E. Hampton Road in Marlborough. Its Guilford office has relocated to 1353 Boston Post Road in Madison.
Middlesex Health Crescent Street Obstetrics and Gynecology’s medical providers include Dr. Julie Flagg; Dr. Anne Bingham; Dr. Carla McLeod; Dr. Laura Bony; Carly Bendzans, a certified nurse midwife; and Elizabeth Fabrizi, an advanced practice registered nurse.
