Paramedic Education Program Payment Form

The all-inclusive cost of the program is $11,500.  This covers the cost of tuition,  all books and materials, lab fees, clinical fees, uniforms, and ACLS, PALS, and PHTLS certification. NREMT testing fees are not included. Math, English, and EMT knowledge exams cost ($5 each) are also not included.

A non-refundable $1,500.00 deposit is due at the time of acceptance into the program to reserve a seat. No seat will be reserved until the deposit is received.

Please Note: Enrolling in a payment plan will require the student to pay a $200.00 payment plan fee. There are two plan options available: pay by module or make biweekly payments.
