This two session class is designed to help soon-to-be parents learn more about what to expect during labor & delivery. Class includes tour of the Pregnancy & Birth Center.

About This Event
The Childbirth Preparation class is broken into two sections. The instructor will help you learn about:
- What to expect during the labor and birth experience
- The mechanics of the labor and delivery process
- Tools for coping with the demands of labor
The price of this class includes an educational book, The Gift of Motherhood.
