Bio
Fernanda Goncalves BSN, RN is the Nurse Navigator for Middlesex Health Orthopedic Services. Fernanda earned her nursing degree from the University of Saint Joseph. In 2020, Fernanda earned The DAISY Award For Extraordinary Nurses. She was drawn to pursuing a career in nursing after volunteering at a rural hospital in South America.
At Middlesex Health Orthopedic Services, our Nurse Navigator works with you to coordinate your surgery and inpatient care.
