Bio

Gabrielle Berthiaume, APRN, is a doctorally prepared nurse practitioner at the Middlesex Health Surgical Alliance and Center for Medical & Surgical Weight Loss. 

Gabrielle is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She received both her Bachelor’s and Doctorate degrees at Quinnipiac University.

Gabrielle has expertise in Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and Medical Weight loss. She has experience working with all age groups within diverse patient populations. She is eager to provide high-quality, professional and personalized care to Middlesex Health patients.

Gabrielle has strived throughout her career to help patients achieve their personal goals by using a collaborative approach to guide personalized treatment plans to improve both the patient’s overall health and wellbeing. She focuses her individualized treatment plans with patient safety as the highest priority. 

Gabrielle's practice is continuously expanding with training on up-to-date techniques and new medical research. 

Gabrielle is an animal activist outside of work and works with three 503c non-profit animal rescues. She is an adoption coordinator, assists with transporting animals and fosters.

Middlesex Health treats patients in their emergency departments regardless of their ability to pay.
