Bio
Heather Wagner, PhD, MT-BC, FAMI, is a music therapist with Middlesex Health Integrative Medicine. She specializes in an integrative approach to health and wellness, using music to help people build inner resources and improve well-being. Heater believes anyone can benefit from music therapy. No musical experience or training is necessary, just your relationship with music. All kinds of music can be used, as well as all kinds of engagement with music (listening, improvising, songwriting, creating, learning, moving, singing, and/or playing instruments).
Heather is primarily a flutist and bass player, but she also plays guitar and piano and can sing.
Music therapy can be in-person or via virtual visits. People can benefit from one session or engage in a series of sessions.

Music for mindfulness, stress, relaxation, and anxiety.
