Osamu F. Kaneko, MD

Bio

Osamu F. Kaneko, MD is a fellowship-trained radiologist at Middlesex Health and Radiologic Associates of Middletown. 

Dr. Kaneko is certified by the American Board of Radiology in Diagnostic Radiology. He completed a fellowship in Diagnostic Neuroradiology, as well as his Diagnostic Radiology residency, at Stanford University Hospital after performing his Internship at Kaiser Permanente-San Francisco. Dr. Kaneko earned his medical degree at the University of California-Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Medicine. During medical school, he also performed a one-year research fellowship at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute at the National Institutes of Health.

Prior to joining Middlesex Health, Dr. Kaneko served as a neuroradiologist at the Permanente Medical Group (Kaiser Permanente-Walnut Creek) and Veterans Affairs (VA). He is a member of multiple professional societies and has published multiple research papers. He served as Radiology Chief Resident during his residency at Stanford University.
