Susan Johnson

Bio

Susan Frost Johnson is a licensed massage therapist with the Middlesex Health Center for Integrative Medicine. 

Susan joined the Middlesex Health Center for Integrative Medicine in 2018. Susan graduated from The Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy School in August 2006 and has been licensed since 2007. 

She is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and a Professional Member of the American Massage Therapy Association & Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. She spent many years working with both Physical and Massage Therapists in an Orthopedic Sports Medicine practice. 

Susan is certified in Oncology Massage, Pregnancy, and Reflexology Massage. In addition, she has trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Sports, and Seated Massage Therapies and has a special interest in Geriatric Massage.

Susan also is a US Air Force Veteran who served ten years on active duty missions & volunteer work with the Special Olympic athletes & Veterans diagnosed with PTSD.

Susan is a shoreline native. When she is not in the office, you can find her enjoying her time outdoors, kayaking, hiking, or cycling.
