Support Breast Cancer Patients By Attending the 2017 goPINK Party
On October 3 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Baci Grill in Cromwell will host this year’s goPINK party, an annual event that raises money to help provide no-cost integrative medicine to Middlesex Hospital Cancer Center patients who have breast cancer.
This is the first time that Baci Grill has hosted the party. The restaurant’s co-owner, Brenda Reilly, is a breast cancer survivor and Middlesex Hospital Cancer Center patient. Middlesex Obstetrical & Gynecological Associates and Shapiro Law Firm are event sponsors.
Integrative medicine plays an important role in cancer care. It can help alleviate fatigue, pain, neuropathy and nausea. Donations through goPINK help treat the mind, body and the soul.
To attend the event, a $15 per person donation is requested. Appetizers, wine and beer tastings and music are included. Tickets can be purchased at middlesexhospital.org/gopink.
