Posture: Align yourself for good health
Good posture helps prevent pain and injury, boosts confidence and mood. Improving your posture will take time and effort, but the benefits are worth it.

When you're standing, keep your chest held high and your shoulders back and relaxed. Try not to tilt your head forward, backward or sideways. Pull in your abdomen and buttocks.
