Middlesex Health Holistic CARE Team
The Holistic CARE Team (HCT) is committed to fostering relationship-centered care by embracing an interdisciplinary philosophy of holism. Our passion is to facilitate innate self-healing and restore the balance of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of self by creating an optimal healing environment shared with patients and staff in all settings. We promote caring, healing practices that complement and enrich conventional medicine to restore health, quality of life and well-being.
Peer To Peer
The purpose of the Peer to Peer Support Program is to provide support to colleagues following traumatic or stressful workplace events. Working in health care increases the risk that one will be exposed to many difficult experiences and situations. However, with the proper support, nurses can minimize the effects of these events and continue to provide compassionate care to patients and their families. Peer to peer support for clinical staff coping with stress following a traumatic event. More information for current employees here. Contact Mary Allegra at email@example.com
