Dr. Christina Shenko is a family medicine physician at Middlesex Health Family Medicine - Middletown.

Training & Expertise

Dr. Shenko is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She completed her residency at Mount Sinai Beth Israel Medical Center, after earning her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University.

Dr. Shenko provides care for the whole family, from outpatient primary care and procedures to obstetrics (pregnancy care). She is a certified lactation consultant, as well as a medical acupuncturist.

Dr. Shenko is a resident faculty member at the Middlesex Health Family Medicine Residency Program and assistant professor at multiple medical schools in Connecticut.

Prior to joining Middlesex Health, Dr. Shenko served as a founding faculty member at the Harlem Residency in Family Medicine program and an attending physician in Family Medicine at the Institute for Family Health and Mount Sinai Hospital, all in New York City.

Outside of her practice, Dr. Shenko enjoys cooking with her family, reading, knitting and spending time outdoors.
