James H. Walsh, DO is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon at Middlesex Orthopedic & Spine Associates and Middlesex Health.

Dr. Walsh is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He completed a fellowship in sports medicine at the Cincinnati Sports Medicine & Orthopaedic Center after performing his residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and his internship at Rowan University. Dr. Walsh earned his medical degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Walsh specializes in advanced techniques for arthroscopic and reconstructive shoulder and knee surgery and treats all types of orthopedic sports injuries. He also serves as a physician and orthopedic surgeon for Wesleyan University.

Prior to his fellowship, Dr. Walsh served in the United States Air Force as an orthopedic surgeon.
