Community Resources

Talk to your healthcare provider about resources you may be eligible for or are available to you free of charge to ensure a healthy and stress-free journey through pregnancy and beyond.

Pregnant with Possibilities

Pregnant With Possibilities (PWP) is a community-based program that provides Doula services in order to address the significant disparities in pregnancy and birth outcomes among Black, Indigenous, and Latino birthing persons and their babies. Doula support is available before, during, and after your delivery up to 1 year postpartum. There is no cost to participate, and Doula services are available for Spanish speakers. For questions regarding the PWP Program, please contact your healthcare provider for a referral or Rev. Robyn M. Anderson, PWP Program Director at (860) 817-3330 or revrmanderson@gmail.com.

Healthy Futures

Healthy Futures is a Middlesex County-based program in partnership with Child & Family Agency of Southeastern Connecticut and the CT Community Doula's. Healthy Futures is an in-home service serving expecting parents and families with children under six years old.

Healthy Futures helps new and expecting parents learn the power of nurturing relationships, create supportive environments, recognize their child's strengths and potential, focus on their child's development and foster skills for school readiness, connect with their children, and access supportive services and resources in your communities.

Certified Healthy Futures Parent Educators have been trained to advise families regarding their child's brain development and assist with parenting questions or concerns.
