PASSWORD RESET REQUESTS

If you need to reset your password, please take the following steps:

  • Contact your designated EpicCare Link Site Administrator, who can securely reset your password.
  • If your Site Administrator is not available, please contact the Middlesex Health Information Technology Help Desk at 860-358-4040.
