About EpicCare Link
EpicCare Link allows providers in our community to access information on patients they share with Middlesex Health. It is a secure, web-based tool that allows us to collaborate with our trusted clinical partners to provide the best possible care for patients. While Middlesex Health's version of EpicCare link is unique to our health system, it will function similarly to the version used by the other health systems in Connecticut that use Epic.
EpicCare Link Support
There is no formal training required to use EpicCare Link, but Middlesex Health provides a "Quick Start" guide with some basic written instructions and tips. If you need additional support, please submit an online help request.

Legacy Systems
For a short time, Middlesex Health will allow approved users to access clinical information in our previous electronic health record systems. The majority of critical information has been converted to EpicCare Link, but there may be some gaps in data, especially if that data was recorded outside the primary conversion date range established by Middlesex Health's medical directors.
We encourage all patients to sign up for the new MyChart patient portal powered by Epic.
