Brandon Prioreschi, MD

Dr. Brandon Prioreschi, MD is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon at Middlesex Orthopedic & Spine Associates and Middlesex Health.

 

Dr. Prioreschi grew up in Colorado and completed his undergraduate coursework at the Colorado School of Mines, graduating Magna Cum Laude in Engineering. He then completed his medical training at Albany Medical College, where he again graduated with distinction as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. Next, Dr. Prioreschi completed his orthopedic residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. Following residency, Dr. Prioreschi served as an Active Duty Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy, focusing on all problems common to an Active Duty, high-demand population. Dr. Prioreschi completed his training with a fellowship in adult reconstruction at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic.

 

Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Dr. Prioreschi is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and an active fellow of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons. He specializes in advanced techniques related to hip and knee arthritis, including total hip and total knee replacements as well as revision hip and knee replacement. 

 

He provides the complete spectrum of hip and knee care and is certified to perform bone-conserving Birmingham Hip Resurfacing procedures for active adults with hip arthritis. 

 

More About Dr. Prioreschi

In his free time, he enjoys hiking, skiing, furniture building, and fine woodworking. In addition, Dr. Prioreschi was a collegiate wrestler and was a high school wrestling coach during his Active Duty tenure. Dr. Prioreschi is married with two young children and a wonderful rescue dog named Nori. His family provides the greatest joy of his life.
