Bio

Hamilton Gaiani, MD is a fellowship-trained psychiatrist at Middlesex Health Mental Health Services. 

Dr. Gaiani is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He completed his fellowship in addiction psychiatry at Yale-New Haven Hospital and the West Haven VA Hospital, through the Yale University School of Medicine. Dr. Gaiani also completed his residency at Yale University, after earning his medical degree at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.

Dr. Gaiani is experienced in providing inpatient, outpatient, and emergency psychiatry care. In addition to providing exceptional clinical care, he is also deeply invested in the community, having provided psychiatric care at A Place to Nourish Your Health (formerly AIDS Project New Haven) and serving on the board of the Connecticut Coalition of Recovery Residences. Dr. Gaiani has also worked with organizations focused on removing barriers to health in the LGBTQ+ community.
