Anemia is a condition in which the blood doesn't have enough healthy red blood cells to carry adequate oxygen to body tissues.

Anemia may cause a feeling of exhaustion. It can be a sign of serious illness.

Many forms of anemia exist, each with its own cause. Treatments range from supplements to medical procedures, depending on the cause.
