Choriocarcinoma

Overview

Choriocarcinoma is a type of cancer of the womb (uterus). This type of cancer grows quickly. It often occurs after a molar pregnancy.

Symptoms

Symptoms include vaginal bleeding and pain.

Treatments

Treatment involves chemotherapy. Hysterectomy and radiation may be needed.
