Loss of bladder control.

Self-care

Stay at a healthy weight, do pelvic floor exercises and schedule trips to the toilet rather than waiting to need to go. Stay away from things that can bother the bladder, such as caffeine, alcohol and acidic foods.

  • Happens often.
  • Affects quality of life.
