Liver hemangioma

Cavernous hemangioma is a noncancerous mass in the liver.

There are no symptoms. There's no evidence that this kind of noncancerous mass can lead to liver cancer.

Most masses don't need treatment. If a mass becomes large and presses on other structures in the belly, surgery might be needed.
