Polydactyly

Overview

Polydactyly is a condition of having more than 5 digits on a hand or 5 toes on a foot. Usually there are no other conditions. The condition may be inherited.

Symptoms

Extra fingers or toes may be poorly developed.

Treatments

In some cases, they may be surgically removed.
