Renal cell carcinoma


Renal cell carcinoma is most common in older men. Risk factors include cigarette smoking and obesity.


Symptoms include abdominal pain and swelling, back pain, and blood in the urine.


Treatment may include surgery, radiation, immunotherapy, or destroying the tumor with radiowaves or by freezing.
