  • Uncontrolled bleeding

Make an appointment to see a doctor if:

  • Easy bruising
  • Prolonged bleeding from cuts
  • Rash of pinpoint-sized reddish-purple spots, usually on lower legs
  • Bleeding from gums or nose
  • Blood in urine or stool
