Video: Citrus vinaigrette
Tip: Experiment with various citrus juices in concentrated form. Look for lemon, lime, blood orange or grapefruit.
- Add 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate.
- Add 1 cup water.
- Add 1/2 cup canola oil.
- Add 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar.
- Add pinch of ground black pepper.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- Add 1 tablespoon fresh thyme.
- Add 2 tablespoons honey.
- Blend until smooth.
