House ranch dressing

Tip: Guests at the Mayo Clinic Healthy Living Program can't get enough of the house ranch dressing, made from fat-free plain Greek yogurt.

  1. Add 2 cups plain fat-free Greek yogurt.
  2. Add 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon dried dill weed.
  5. Add 1/2 tablespoon onion powder.
  6. Add 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder.
  7. Add 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
  8. Add 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  9. Process until ingredients are evenly dispersed.
