Parking Lot & Clinic Building
The Middlesex Health COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic is located in the building at 117 Main St. Extension in Middletown, next to the entrance/exit ramps for Route 9 that cross Main St. Extension.
The building is dark and light gray, and the driveway is located to the left of the building, if you are facing it from the road. The entrance to the vaccine clinic is in the back of the building, immediately next to the designated vaccine parking area. Parking is free.
When You Arrive
After parking, you will enter the Middlesex Health Vaccine Clinic at the back of the building, immediately next to the designated parking area.
You may need to briefly wait outside. Bring a warm jacket. Please know that we are doing our best to ensure that you do not have a long wait, while also allowing for social distancing.
