Visiting a Patient at Middlesex Hospital
A COVID-19 Message for Visitors
Inpatients, surgery patients and Emergency Department patients at Middlesex Hospital are now allowed one visitor at a time. However, there are still guidelines all visitors must follow, and our outpatient locations remain closed to visitors at this time. Please see our full policy for additional information, including special exceptions to the general policy for patients with disabilities.
We understand the important role that support from family, loved ones, and friends play in the recovery process. Our current visiting hours are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, and we have put guidelines in place to help keep our patients, staff and community safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.
As our first objective is to ensure the best possible care for our patients, decisions concerning visitors will be jointly made by the patient’s caregiver and by the patient.
To locate a patient at Middlesex Hospital, call the Information Desk at 860-358-6720.
